By downloading, accessing, or using the MI COMPANERO mobile application ("App") provided by CREDIT DYNASTY LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Services

MI COMPANERO is a financial utility and aggregator application designed to assist users in analyzing loan contracts, estimating credit scores, and simulating loan conditions. We are not a bank, lender, or financial institution. We do not make credit decisions, issue loans, or act as an agent for any specific lending partner. Any third-party loan offers displayed in the App are for informational purposes only, and your interactions with those third parties are subject to their own terms and conditions.

3. No Financial or Legal Advice

The contract analysis feature, credit simulations, and all other content provided within the App are for general informational purposes only. The automated analysis of PDF/DOC contracts does not constitute professional legal or financial advice. You should always review documents carefully and consult with independent legal or financial professionals before signing any binding agreements.

4. Use of the App

You may use this App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or that infringes upon the rights of others. Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or extract the source code of the App is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the App (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and design) are the exclusive property of CREDIT DYNASTY LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CREDIT DYNASTY LIMITED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the App, any errors or omissions in the contract analysis, or any reliance on the information provided. Use of this App is entirely at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
